Our Signature Dishes
You’ve never tried chicken like this before. Sample our normal roast with its original and authentic flavour, or try our Chicken Cafreal, based on a recipe that Chef Tana brought back from Goa. We’ve created yet another original recipe with a combination of kaffir lime and lemongrass, and named it after Chef Tana’s son. And don’t forget – you can get our signature Chicken Frankie rolls in a variety of mouth-watering flavours.
